Therefore we are looking for a driven Customer Experience Manager to join full time our German speaking team in Vienna!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take over the technical support role at Anyline
  • Provide timely solutions to client requests
  • Achieve a successful Anyline implementation together with our customer
  • Dispatch complex technical support requests to development team
  • Continuously improve the support process at Anyline
  • Take over and respond to frequent level 2 requests

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Technical background or understanding of technical elements (Any of the following languages: Java, Javascript, Objective C)
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for expanding your comfort zone
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • High standards for yourself and your team
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German skills
  • Friendly and pleasant demeanour
