Streamlining Climate Action: BMK’s Klimabonus Program with Anyline 

In Austria, the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation, and Technology (BMK) has taken bold steps towards incentivizing environmental consciousness through the Klimabonus program. This initiative, which is both registration and application free, offers bonus payments to all residents, funded by revenue generated from CO2 pricing introduced in October 2022. However, the challenge lay in efficiently managing the customer processing for Klimabonus, a task burdened by manual input processes prone to errors and delays.
