PROLink connects vehicle servicers directly to NAPA’s inventory system of available parts and speeds the delivery from NAPA stores and distribution centers. 

To further improve the workflow for service professionals, NAPA integrated Anyline’s VIN mobile data capture technology. Within PROLink and during a customer check-in process, technicians point the camera of their smartphone or tablet at the vehicle’s VIN characters, barcode, or QR code, and it is quickly and accurately captured, displaying all possible parts for that vehicle. Scanning and decoding the VIN automatically increases accuracy in selecting parts that are guaranteed to fit and saves technicians time so they can focus on completing repairs.  

The result is an intuitive workflow for service professionals. The correct parts are delivered quickly, and customers are back to their life on the road.
