Vehicle and Tire Reading Solutions for Dealership Services
Nowadays, car dealerships do more than just selling or leasing cars. They also do car maintenance and seasonal tire changes. From the moment a new customer walks into the door asking for a test drive, the opportunity for capturing data has already started. Failing to recognize this can lead to bad user experience. Car dealers have no choice but to massively digitize their fixed operations to overcome their main challenges not just for tire services but also for test drive registration, vehicle park inventory, customer loyalty campaigns and vehicle fast-check:
-
Shift to electric vehicles leads to fewer oil service, break service and inspections, reducing revenue for dealerships
-
Manually recording tire and vehicle information, especially the tire tread conditions, is time consuming and tedious for service advisors and technicians, and prone to human error
-
Lack of tire data limits revenue, up-sell opportunities for tire replacement and increases legal risks
