Mobile Data Capture for Enforcement on Patrol
Officers need to act fast. Mobile data capture lets them get the information they need quickly and accurately while staying situationally aware – keeping themselves and the community safe.
Challenges
- Manually recording information or relying on radio for support is time consuming, expensive and prone to errors
- Lack of real-time feedback about people or vehicles increases the time taken to resolve issues on patrol
- Data entry can become a distraction that reduces situational awareness for officers at the scene
